On February 17, 2020, The Danby Planning Commission will hold its monthly meeting at the Village Square Building at 34 S. Main Street in Danby starting at 6:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit input from the public on desired updates to the town plan, with focus on economic development. Topics such as the following will be discussed:
• What are your Ideas for generating more economic development in Danby?
• Do you operate a business from your home and if so, what improvements would you like to see?
• What ideas do you have to generate more jobs in Danby and the surrounding areas?
• What kinds of development would you like to see in Danby? For example, more agriculture, restaurants, cannabis related businesses, e.g. medical marijuana facilities, artisans, home based businesses, tourism, educational facilities, etc.
