The Mount Mansfield school board will meet at Browns River Middle School on Monday January 20th at 6:30 PM.
Our meeting will start with reports from the middle school Principal and our student board members and any public comment.
The board will break up into small groups to review Policy Governance monitoring reports We will have a PG work planning discussion, hear from committees, and discuss community engagement.
The next school board meeting is scheduled for February 3rd, 6:30 PM at Camels Hump Middle School.
The budget for next school year will be voted by Australian ballot on Town Meeting Day, March 3rd.
Budget information meetings will be held:
Thursday February 20th at Camels Hump Middle School (finance committee)
Thursday February 27th at Mount Mansfield Union High School (annual meeting)
The Mount Mansfield School Board generally meets the first and/or third Mondays of each month during the school year. We use a Policy Governance framework to enable the Superintendent and Administration to manage the Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District and allow the Board to focus on goals and community engagement. Mount Mansfield Schools include Mount Mansfield Union High, Browns River Middle, Camel's Hump Middle, Brewster Pierce Elementary (Huntington), Jericho Elementary, Richmond Elementary, Smilie Memorial (Bolton), and Underhill Central schools, as well as the UID preschool.
