Materials for the January 23 Planning Commission meeting are now available, and digital files in Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) format have been posted online at https://goo.gl/Oh9xN6.

The major items on the agenda will include: a consultation with the Town Attorney regarding procedures relating to the telecommunication towers ordinance; the adoption/amendment of rules relating to administration of that ordinance; continued discussion of possible changes to zoning requirements (with a focus on changes that could allow certain structures within PUD buffers); and exchanging of ideas regarding future meeting topics.
