The Town of Milton will be holding a regular Development Review Board (DRB) meeting on January 23, 2020 at 6pm in the Town's Community Room. The board will hold the following hearing:

- Chris Mitiguy, applicant, is requesting conditional use and site plan approval for a retaining wall on Lake Champlain located at 258 Eagle Mountain Harbor Road. This proposal was continued from the initial December 12, 2019 hearing to January 9, 2020 for the applicant to provide more precise, to-scale plans. Subsequently, the proposal was continued from the January 9, 2020 hearing to January 23, 2020 for the applicant to provide more information regarding property boundaries and the need for the proposal.
