Public Input Session - Illustrative Plan- Route 7 (Form Based Zoning)

Greetings, all with an interest in the future of the Route 7 corridor.

An important Public Work Session relating to the ongoing Form Based Zoning project will take place the evening of Thursday, April 10. The Session, which will be held in Meeting Room 1 at the Town office complex at 5420 Shelburne Road, will focus on the draft Illustrative Plan.

The Illustrative Plan is a somewhat-detailed diagram showing how the Route 7 corridor could or might transform over time. It represents what "could be," not necessarily what "will be."

The Illustrative Plan (and the report and the report it accompanies) will be used as the basis of a proposed Regulating Plan. The Regulating Plan will be a key component of draft Form-Based zoning language implementing the community’s vision for the corridor.

Documents available for review include the Illustrative Plan itself (consisting of maps and extensive annotations), a report (minus other attachments), and a brochure.
