The Hinesburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall on February 12, 2020, at 7pm to receive public comment on proposed changes to the Zoning Regulations (last revised July 12, 2018). The purpose is to create a scoring system to govern municipal water and wastewater allocation for new development. The geographic area affected is the municipal water and wastewater service area – i.e., village growth area and portion of Richmond Road corridor.
