Open, Soften, and Release into the Joy of Winter during this Nourishing Winter Retreat
Meditation, Lunar Yoga, Ayurvedic Seasonal Wisdom, and Stress Reduction
A three part series where we will learn to nourish our bodies with a rich Medley of Meditation, Yoga, Ayurvedic Wisdom. 

Join Kelsey Root-Winchester CHC, RYT is a certified Health Coach and Yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance, and owner of the Wellness Hall in Wells River, Vermont and Rising Spirit Yoga. She was trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She loves sharing her passion for wellness.

Anne Bergeron, E-RYT, MA, IMA, is a multiply-certified Yoga instructor and ThaiYoga Bodyworker whose studies in Thailand, Bali, and India led her to become a student of Ayurveda. She loves sharing simple practices that align us with beautiful seasonal rhythms.
