Come join us for an afternoon full of fun at Franklin Recreation's 4th Annual Winter Carnival! We will have a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities planned for all ages and abilities, door prizes, an exciting lineup of items for a Silent Auction, the return of the"Duct Tape Derby" and the "Chili-Chowder Cook-Off".

This is a FREE event for Franklin and surrounding communities!

Please pre-register online for the Chili-Chowder Cook off at www.franklinrec.org. Registration for the Duct Tape Derby can be done at the event that day.
