Come here Erin Jacobsen, lead staff attorney at the VT Immigration and Asylum Advocates in Burlington which provides free legal representation to low-income immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers. She will address the current situation of immigration here in Vermont; the laws and regulations governing the immigration system; the differences between the legal statuses of migrant, immigrant, refugee, asylum seeker and undocumented worker; how a person's status affects his/her legal rights; and how concerned individuals can be of assistance.
