Sunday April 6th, the Humane Society of Chittenden County will be holding its first ever PLANET CAT: the aCATemy Awards at Majestic 10 Cinemas in Williston, Vermont! From 10am-noon on Sunday, the theater will be showing the video and meme entries submitted for our contest over the past few months. Audience members will be able to text-to-vote for their favorite video in each category, and the winning videos will receive aCATemy Awards!
Tickets are $10 each, and can be purchased either:
1.) at the Humane Society of Chittenden County (142 Kindness Court, South Burlington)
2.) at our online store, www.shophscc.com, or
3.) at the door of the Majestic 10 the day of the event
Attendees who bring dry or canned cat food to donate to HSCC will be given a free popcorn by the Majestic 10!
Come dressed up in your best ‘cat’tire, or even stay in your PJs! We’ll have ‘donuts for a donation,’ door prizes, the concession stands will be open, and Pet Food Warehouse will be there with some great sales and raffles.
Following the event, McGillicuddy’s Irish Ale House will be donating 15% of all food and alcohol sales directly to HSCC!
