"Kindred Spirits" at WalkOver

Classical musicians, Cynthia Huard, piano, Katie Oprea, oboe and Betsy LeBlanc, clarinet, (the Heliand Consort), will be presenting "Kindred Spirits: The Letters and Music of Brahms and the Schumanns," on Saturday, January 18th at 8:00 pm. The first of four concerts in the WalkOver Cabin Fever Concert Series, this program explores the fascinating, intriguing and complex story of the friendship and love triangle among Robert Schumann, Clara Wieck-Schumann and Johannes Brahms through each of their respective chamber music compositions, and their respective letters to each other, as read by actors Jim Stapleton and Diana Bigelow.
