with Dr. Michael Ungar
Tuesday, January 21, 2020, 6-7:30 pm
Waterbury's Steel Community Room
28 North Main Street (by the Waterbury Library)
Hannah's House is pleased to welcome back Michael Ungar, PhD, a leading authority on resilience research to speak about what every child needs in their life in order to thrive and succeed.
In his new book "Change the World", Dr. Ungar explores real lives, across age and culture, and discovers that the answers lie in the people and the support systems around us. Strong relationships, caring families, a sense of connection and identity are very often the difference between individual success and failure. Dr. Ungar will end the evening with Q & A session.
Parents, Grandparents, caregivers and all those who want to learn how to best support our children and young people are invited to attend this FREE event!
