Get your hands dirty with a shucking lesson from an expert shucker, and take an inside look into sustainable aquaculture farming methods. You'll get to keep a professional grade oyster knife, learn pro tips on preparing and serving oysters at home, and learn new recipes and ways to enjoy oysters with confidence.
