Join the Vermont Green Building Network (VGBN) and ASHRAE Champlain Valley Chapter for a special building tour of the new Pierson Library in Shelburne, Vermont. Afterwards, we will gather nearby at The Bearded Frog to enjoy dinner along with members and friends.

During the tour, learn about the Pierson Library building's superior energy efficiency and many sustainable design features, including rooftop solar panels, an EV charging station, and an outdoor rain garden surrounded by pollinator-friendly plants. It serves the community by offering an expanded youth area and teen room, public computer access, numerous reading spaces, art exhibitions, a large community room with fireplace, and an integrated connection to the historic Town Hall.
