Yin Yoga is a gentle, slower paced class in which we hold yoga poses in a relaxed position for 3-5 minutes. Yin Yoga works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, while calming the mind and nervous system.
This is a great series for all levels of students looking for a restful balance to your active lifestyle, who wish to improve flexibility, or who are wishing to ease into a yoga practice in the New Year.
