Hello friends.... HIIT Class is at the Valley Glow Yoga Studio on Mondays at 5:30pm!

Whether you are looking to maintain muscle from summer activities, get in shape for skiing, or just need to crush some New Year's resolution HIIT is a great option!

During class we do a mix of strength and cardio moves. Three rounds, and each exercise is 30 seconds with mini rests in between exercises. Water bottle and positive attitude are recommended.

Everything can be modified to be more or less intense, so whether you need to leave the jump out of your jump squat or add weight to make it more intense, we will tailor the workout to you!
