Come enjoy a virtual tour of the Netherlands on Thursday, January 9 at 1:30 in the Richmond Library. Paul Garrett, who's made many trips to the Netherlands to visit family, will begin with an overview of the country and its people. Next, he'll show many famous Dutch icons such as windmills and tulips and then finish with a look at some of the more interesting places to visit.
