Learn how to do reiki on yourself, and with family & friends. Time is spent practicing so you will be confident by the end of the class. Reiki 1 is all you need for a lifetime of healing energy called Reiki. We will also spend time with the Reiki Precepts and the history of the founder Mikao Usui.
