Get on your fancy clothes and come in to say goodbye to the "Noon" Year at the Worthen Library. For those that can't stay up to midnight, we'll have games, snacks, crafts, and of course a balloon drop. Grab your friends (and maybe your parents) and welcome in 2020 with some fun!
