As indicated in the posted materials, the agenda for the meeting will include time to discuss the following: a discussion of possible zoning changes with parties interested in redeveloping the Champlain Lanes site; a presentation on Scenic Views mapping (to follow up the November 5 retreat) by a member of the Natural Resources and Conservation Committee; and a staff-led training session on the fundamentals of municipal planning and zoning in Vermont.
