Mark your calendars! The 26th Annual Solidarity Craft Fair and Silent Auction is happening this Saturday, Dec. 14th from 9am-4pm at the Bethany and Unitarian Churches in Montpelier! (115 and 130 Main St) A Central Vermont tradition, the Solidarity Craft Fair is a chance to shop with conscience to directly benefit local artists and international organizations with fairly traded goods. This year we'll have local and international crafts from 45 local and international vendors, treasures at our Silent Auctions, including gift cards and donations from local businesses and individuals! Homemade lunch sales benefit Planting Hope's Projects in Nicaragua and the Bethany Church's San Antonio Grande Sister Parish Scholarship Program. The Unitarian Church will have a room with gently used kids' books, toys and games, for sale by donation to support Planting Hope's service trips to Nicaragua.
