Dear Neighbors,

On Wednesday, Dec. 18, the Burlington Choral Society will celebrate the season with its annual 'Messiah' Sing. All singers and listeners are invited to join in the Christmas choruses of Handel's beloved work, plus 'Hallelujah' and the final Amen. Artistic director Richard Riley will conduct singers, soloists and Jenny Bower on organ and piano.

Vocal soloists are Sudie Marcuse, soprano; Julie Robbins, alto; Laura Rasco, tenor; and Glenn Herring, bass.

7:30 pm at College Street Congregational Church, 265 College St., Burlington.

Come as you are. Bring a score or borrow one at the door. Admission is free, and donations to COTS by cash or check are welcome.

The annual COTS Candlelight Vigil is earlier that evening. We hope you'll consider coming to the vigil before you come to the 'Messiah' Sing. The vigil is at 5:30 pm, on the steps of Burlington City Hall on the Church Street Marketplace.
