PUBLIC NOTICE: MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – WEDNESDAY 11 DECEMBER 2019
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the
Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:
1. Applicants Lamoille Housing Partnership & Housing Vermont request §500 Site Plan Approval and §630 Conditional Use (due to §207 Historic Preservation & §450 Parking requirements) to construct a 24-unit multi-family use apartment building at 26 Hutchins Street, Parcel 21-179, on land owned by the June & JB McKinley Family Trust and located in the Central Business Zone.
2. Applicants/landowners Randy, Michelle, and Tyler Fitzgerald are seeking §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval to add the §415 Home Business use for firewood processing on parcels 13-145-1-2 & 13-145-1-3, located at 26 & 30 Almeron Drive in the Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
3. Under §640 Appeals, Power Play Sports (dba Lamoille Valley Trading Company) is appealing an October 28th zoning violation letter regarding §470 illegal temporary signage (the Jones black feather-banner sign hanging off the front of the building) at 35 Portland Street, parcel 21-034, on land owned by Block House LLC (Gary & Irene Bourne) and located in the in the Central Business Zone.
