Listening is an art. It takes practice to listen deeply to ourselves and those around us, as well as the natural world. In these times when there is so much noise and chaos coming at us, time to pause and listen fortifies our hearts and our well-being. Come join us monthly at the Richmond Free Library for a three hour session of creative expression, reflection, small group shariing to explore new ways of listening.
