Instant Runoff Voting to be given time for informing voters and for discussion and transparency or to be placed on the ballot in March.
The Charter Change Committee (composed of Joan Shannon, Franklin Paulino, and Max Tracy) will meet to decide this and bring it back to City Council. This is the only meeting before returning it to City Council. This is an OPEN Meeting.
