Are you interested in solar power for your home?

Are you the kind of Vermonter who cuts your own firewood and is comfortable going up onto your roof?

Half of the cost of solar power is the cost of installation.

Come hear Tim Guiles, a mostly retired engineer, talk about Do-It-Yourself solar power. Tim has installed 3 solar systems in the last 10 years.

He will describe the simple and easy steps to doing solar power on your roof. He buys his kits from a place called WholeSaleSolar.com. These kits come pre-engineered with everything you need.

The installation typically takes 2 mornings of work with 2 people. There is still a need for an electrician to do the final connection to the grid. But the whole process, according to Tim, is pretty easy.

Tim is not compensated in any way for sharing this information. Rather, Tim is passionate about helping people get affordable, clean solar power on their homes.
