The Town of Milton will be holding a special Planning Commission (PC) meeting on December 9, 2019 at 6pm in the Planning and Zoning Office. The PC will be discussing inclusion of a General Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) in the 2019 Fall/Winter Unified Development Regulations revisions. This framework will allow for greater PUD flexibility with the intent to create more housing options.
