The Town of Milton will be holding a regular Development Review Board (DRB) meeting on December 12, 2019 at 6pm in the Town's Community Room. The board will hold the following hearings:
- Request for a 5' setback waiver for a 24' x 28' garage at 99 Hemlock Road. This proposal was continued from the initial November 14, 2019 hearing for the applicant to provide their leach field location and a stronger rationale regarding the need for the setback waiver.
- Conditional use site plan request to build a retaining wall near the shore of Lake Champlain at 258 Eagle Mountain Harbor Road.
- Conditional use site plan request to build a retaining wall extension and repair an existing retaining wall on the shoreline of Lake Champlain at 45 and 49 Camp Rich Road.
- Conditional use site plan request to locate a contractor's yard and 17,500 square foot commercial building to house an office and garage. The project is located on the undeveloped parcel due west from the intersection of Route 7 South with Forbes Road.
