The next Sound Immersion is happening on Saturday, December 14th from 4:30-6:00pm. Join me and my 7 crystal singing bowls at The River Space of Embodied at 7 Main St, 3rd floor, Montpelier.

We are rapidly approaching the longest night during these darkening days of December. This is a time to draw inward, rest and replenish. Often the holiday plans, travel and expectations send us swirling outward at quite a contrast to the quiet stillness of this time.
I invite you to take a pause and be steeped in these incredible sounds which seem to fill every space and cell one's being. Allow yourself 1 1/2 hours to just be... breathe...and replenish... dropping in to the quiet, deep stillness within.

As always, by donation. Past participants have suggested $10-20... please pay what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own water.
