Greetings Neighbors:

Question: where can you go to speak with and hear from your state representatives and senators, along with your city councillors, and enjoy a holiday supper (featuring music from one of your own South Enders), as you enjoy the community and camaraderie of your friends and neighbors? Well, there's only one place for that...your December 5th Ward6 NPA meeting!

The meeting will take place this coming Thursday December 5th at 6pm at the Greek Orthodox Church, 600 South Willard Street, on the corner of South Willard and Ledge Road at the rotary. Parking is available in the church lot, entrance off of Ledge Road. Additional parking can be found along Willard Street, as well as in front of
Christ the King on Locust Street. All residents are welcome!

6:00 - 6:30 Community dinner and music with Charlie MacFadyen on jazz keyboard
(Our menu will feature a home-roasted turkey and home-baked chocolate chip cookies...plus mac and cheese, chicken curry, green salad, and fruit salad prepared by the Burlington School Food Project.)

6:30 - 6:40 Public comment
6:40 - 7:10 City Council Updates with Councilors Joan Shannon and Karen Paul
7:10 - 7:50 State Representatives: Legislative Priorities for the Upcoming Session with Representatives Mary Sullivan, Barbara Rachelson and Johanna Donovan
7:50 - 8:30 State Senators: Legislative Priorities for the Upcoming Session with Senators Philip Baruth and Chris Pearson
