The Town of Milton will be holding a regular Planning Commission (PC) meeting on December 3, 2019 at 6pm in the Town's Community Room. The PC will be discussing inclusion of a General Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) in the 2019 Fall/Winter Unified Development Regulations revisions. This framework will allow for greater PUD flexibility with the intent to create more housing options.
