Restorative Yoga, 5:00-6:30 pm Tuesday, Dec. 3rd, at Stone Valley Arts at Fox Hill, Poultney VT

Description:
Restorative yoga is designed to help you find physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. Poses are held anywhere from 2-10 minutes and the use of props is encouraged to make each pose as comfortable, while as beneficial, as possible. Perfect for beginners, those who are unable to move quickly from pose to pose, and anyone interested in bringing the body, breath, and mind back into alignment during a gentle practice.

Cost:
$16 for SVA members, and $18 for non-members. Limited to 10 participants.
