TOWN OF BENNINGTON
NOTICE OF A HEARING

Under Article 9-10 of the Town of Bennington Municipal Ordinances, the Town of Bennington Select Board hereby notifies the parties that a vicious dog complaint has been filed by Jennifer and Hans Krijnen, 1001 Main Street against Tracy Dumas, 43 Burgess Road all of Bennington, Vermont.

The Board will hold a special meeting to hear this complaint. The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday November 27, 2019 at 6 pm in Conference Room I at the Bennington Town Offices, 205 South Street, Bennington, Vermont.

This is a quasi-judicial hearing. Witnesses and parties shall be sworn before testifying. The parties may have representation. The failure of any party to attend shall not prevent the hearing from proceeding.
