Join the Bennington Area Makers (BAM) to create 65 holiday lanterns to line the path to the Veterans Home as a festive addition to the annual tree lighting ceremony. We are almost halfway there!

We are using reclaimed tin cans to make decorative patterns using hammers and nails. LED votives will be put inside and the punched hole designs will light the way to the tree lighting on December 4.

This is a fun and easy project that makers of all ages, skill, and experience can enjoy. We do ask that children be age 5 or above and that anyone under 15 be accompanied by an adult.

Materials and tools will be supplied but you are welcome to bring your own hammer to the event.
