The Town of Milton will be holding a regular Development Review Board (DRB) meeting on November 14, 2019 at 6pm in the Town's Community Room. The hearing is for a 5' setback waiver for a 24' x 28' garage at 99 Hemlock Road. The second agenda item is a conceptual review of a density bonus for a conservation planned unit development between Waterwheel Way and Route 7 North.
