2014 Spring Gymnastics with Amy Mayer 6 Week Session: Register now for these classes
Saturday Classes: Dates- April 5th through May 17th (no class on April 26th)
9:00 – 9:50 Parent & Toddler Class (age 3 and under) cost= $50.00 Max is 10 students
Parent & toddler class Description: Participants will learn basic gymnastic skills and explore a variety of gymnastic equipment together including balance beams, uneven bars, mini-trampoline, vault, rope, and tumbling mats.
10:00 – 11:00 Preschool Gymnastics (age 4-6 years) cost=$75.00 Max is 12 students
Preschool Description: Participants will learn introductory skills on various equipment including balance beams, uneven bars, mini-trampoline, vault, rope, and tumbling mats in a fun and safe environment.
11:00 – 12:15 School Age Beginners (ages 7 and up) cost= $90.00 Max is 14 students
School Age Beginners Description: Participants will learn basic tumbling skills including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, as well as basic skills on a variety of equipment including balance beam, uneven bars, vault, mini-trampoline, and rope. Gymnastics is great for enhancing skills that can be applied to other sports such as strength, speed, flexibility, balance, agility, and body awareness.
12:15-1:30 School Age Intermediate and Advanced (ages 7 and up) cost=$90.00 Max is 14 students
School Age Intermediate/Advanced: Participants will build on the basic skills to learn round offs, walkovers, and handsprings, and further develop skills on the balance beam, uneven bars, mini-trampoline, vault, and rope. Gymnastics is great for enhancing skills such as strength, speed, flexibility, balance, and agility, which are applicable to all sports.
April Vacation Gymnastic Camp: Monday 4/21 through Thursday 4/24
9- 10 Toddler Open Gym (ages 3 and under) cost $30 max is 10/ min. is 5
10 -11 Preschool Gymnastics (ages 4 through 6) cost $50 max is 12/min. is 5
11:00 -12:30 School Age Gymnastics (ages 7 and up) (All levels) cost $70
