Learn to make classic Italian ciabatta and bring the smell of fresh baked bread and a little taste of Italy home (and then you can make it whenever you want). The workshop will be held in the wood fired bakery at 48 Granite St, Barre (behind the Old Labor Hall).
This 4-hour hands-on workshop, given by Jim Haas, the Bakery's resident master baker, will you help you to make this popular light bread with the uneven crumb that you can enjoy with your salads or a million varieties of bruschetta . The workshop Is suitable for both new and experienced home bakers.
All the ingredients are organic and provided by the bakery. Everyone will make their ciabatta to take home.
Workshop limited to only 12 participants so registration and prepayment is required. There are still some seats left so act fast.
