Please join us! In an atmosphere of warmth, humor and understanding parents will learn techniques (and the concepts behind their effectiveness) to bring more peace, connection, simplicity and respectful cooperation to family life. The first class will focus on building a stronger foundation/connection with our children. The premise is that we want to increase our positive influence and ability to teach and coach our children, rather than attempting to control them with short term and sometimes punitive means. We'll address effective communication tools and the power of our attention to support the emotional development of our children.

The second class will focus on sharing the results of our practice of class #1 tools. Then we address some of the trickier, sometimes more difficult behaviors. How do we maintain the essential emotional connection with our children while guiding, teaching and coaching them to behave better? And we'll see how this approach supports raising responsible, resilient, caring, happy children.
