The Center for an Agricultural Economy will host a permaculture workshop and community garden work day at the Atkins Field Edible Forest at 100 Granite Street in Hardwick on November 10, 10 a.m. to noon. Nicko Rubin of East Hill Tree Farm will teach orchard maintenance and pruning. The workshop is free, and snacks will be provided, but space is limited and pre-registration is required.
