This meeting, as all our regular meetings do, will begin at 6:30 PM with welcoming guests, agenda revisions, and public comments.
>Discussion with our Washington County Legislators - likely have a time limit.
>Discussion regarding Proficiency-Based Graduation requirements – The 2020 graduating class is the first U-32 graduating class for this requirement. Proficiency-based learning refers to systems of instruction, assessment, grading, and academic reporting that are based on students demonstrating evidence of proficiency in each of student learning outcomes that are in alignment with Vermont's education quality standards.
>Approval of past minutes and Board Orders.
>Reports from the Superintendent, leadership Team and Student Representative(s).
>Discussion (not small groups) on chapters 4-6 – Equity from the Board Room to the Classroom
>Policy Committee Report and First Reading of the following Policies:
A1-Board Member Conflict of Interest
C50 – Comprehensive Sexual health Program
D34 – Library Media Center Selection and Reconsideration Policies
>Report of Nov 5 district vote
>Approve new hires.
