Happy Halloween! The Dummerston Community Center and the Lydia Taft Pratt Library (150 West St., West Dummerston) will be open tonight for our Annual Halloween Open House, welcoming trick-or-treaters and their families. Stop by the library from 5-7 PM for our FREE KID'S BOOK GIVEAWAY--and of course there will be treats, too. One free book per child until we run out.
