TRUNK or TREAT will be happening again this year at Camp Meade (961 Route 2, Middlesex)

If you love Halloween but don't have young kids to take out, or like me, live where no one comes to trick or treat, this event is for you. Bring your vehicle down to Camp Meade, open your trunk, decorate it any way you'd like, and get ready!!

For the little tricksters and their parents, it's an "instant neighborhood". No worry of kids crossing the road, no parking problems, worry-free trick-or-treating!!!

October 31 falls on a Thursday, a school night, so we'll run 5:30 to 7:00. Make sure the trick or treaters get home in time for a good night's sleep. Oh, and the parents too.

We had an enthusiastic group of trunkers and tricksters last year despite the somewhat wet conditions. But let's face it, when candy is involved, there's no stopping us!!

So bring your personal Halloween vignette to life in the back of your car, your truck, your van, your motorcycle (why not?) and join us.

We thank Camp Meade for welcoming we ghouls, ghosts, witches, and scary creatures of all kinds to invade their space, all for the sake of candy, candy and more candy.
