1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Public Comment
3. Application for Variance on 1559 West Shore Road, Cabot
a. Open Hearing – advise all parties that all questions are to be directed to the Board and the Chair will recognize you prior to having the floor.
b. Swear in those who wish to speak on application
c. Invite Board members to ask questions
d. Invite more questions from interested persons and members of the public
e. Allow final comments or questions from the applicant or his/her representative or members of the Board.
f. Close testimony
4. Motion and majority approval, the Chair shall either adjourn the hearing to a time certain, or close the proceedings by stating that this is the final public hearing on the matter.
5. The Board shall then conduct public deliberations or may vote to enter deliberative session.
