The Field House Eco-Farm and Learning Center will be hosting a Beef Butchering Workshop from 10-4 on Nov. 10th and 11th. Donovan Wilson, butcher at Farmer's Gate Market in Wales, ME will be teaching the class how to break down the cow into your favorite cuts! You will get plenty of opportunity to practice as well. A suggested donation of $10-$50 for each day and lunch will be provided. There are limited spots so please email toni@meadowsbee.com to reserve a spot.
