Holiday Bow Making Workshop

Past event
Nov 7, 2019, 4:30 PM

In preparation for the Holiday Stroll (Dec. 7) Gift Basket Silent Auction, Pam Farnsworth will lead a FREE bow making workshop Thurs. Nov. 7th at the Bixby Library beginning at 4:30 PM.

She will teach a "no fail" way to make bows for anything you wish to decorate with a bow. Any extra bows made will be used for the Silent Auction.

For one bow, you will need 3 yds of wired ribbon that is 1"-3" diameter, sheen ribbon with a flat or wavy edge to tie the center and a scissors that will cut wire (Pam says "not your fabric scissors!"). Kirkland (Costco) wire-edged ribbon is perhaps the most reasonably priced and comes in 50 yd. spools.

The Friends will provide supplies for bows that will be used on the gift baskets.
