This summer a lot of Moretown residents posted about their abysmal experience with Consolidated Communications internet service. The situation for Consolidated customers has not improved. On Monday, Nov. 4, the Selectboard is hearing from Jeremy Hanson of CV Fiber, (a communications union district) about Moretown joining sixteen other Central Vermont towns to bring high speed community internet to underserved areas. Join us at the selectboard meeting to show support for joining CV Fiber! The selectboard meeting is in the Town Office. Public comment is at 6:00 pm and Jeremy Hanson's presentation is at 7:00.
