Join us Friday November, 1st at 6pm
here at the United Church of Lincoln for a time of celebration and remembrance as we come together in community to remember our departed loved ones.
The Feast of All Saints has been part of the universal Church since the 4th century and has been expressed in many different ways. During our time together we will honor a tradition practiced prominently in Mexico; that of the "ofrenda" table. It is there where we will bring and display pictures, or other personal items, telling the stories of the saints in our lives who are no longer with us but whose impact still influences us. During the service, those that bring items will be encouraged to share of their significance.
