Offered by your Community Senior Center: Wednesday, October 30. 1:30-3:00PM, Richmond Free Library Mezzanine Room. To accommodate the growing interest in DNA research, your CSC is offering a new activity that will be held weekly as long as there is interest. DNA is an important part of genealogy research these days. It can help confirm relationships, help you find new living relatives who may have the information you don't have (and are willing to share), and can help you discover new avenues of research for tough-to-trace family lines. If you haven't yet explored DNA in your genealogy research, it may be time you did. Bruce Dumelin and Marcia Jones will be leading this activity and welcome you to stop by with your questions. All welcome. No charge. (Please note: Martha Nye will be continuing with the "Beginners Genealogy" sessions, but moving them to Huntington. Stay tuned for the day and time!)
