WEST RUTLAND'S LONG LOST CIVIL WAR SOLDIER - A Study in Genealogical Research by Author Bill Powers.

Historian and Author Bill Powers will present excerpts from his commentary to the Vermont Genealogical Society focusing on his findings on the life and times of a heretofore forgotten Civil War Soldier. Bill has done extensive research on local Vermont history and will be able to offer valuable researching tools to anyone interested in tracing their own family's genealogical record.
