Come celebrate "The Golden Age of Hollywood Musicals" at the Adamant Community Club on Friday, November 1st at 7:30pm. Film historian Rick Winston will present highlights from twelve classic films, made between 1933 and 1960, featuring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, Gene Kelly, and many more, with words and music by Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, and others. Among the films featured: TOP HAT, ON THE TOWN, THE BAND WAGON, and of course, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN. Great entertainment for all ages, admission is by donation.
